Izabella  KALITOWICZ

Birth in Minsk in Byelorussia

Daughter of Franciszek  Kalitowicz

and Malwina  Von Stoaden.

 

She goes to grammar school.

Then she goes to the Dramatic Art Conservatoire (upper level).

1906

Between 1906 and 1946, tragic actress in Polish theatres except during the five year German occupancy in Warsaw.

Mr Solski is the Cracow theatre director and her director.

6 May 1909

Birth of her son Michal Ryszard Kalitowicz.

1936

Release of a movie where she plays a role: « Tajmenica panny Brinx ».

1938

Release of film: « Granica ».

1939 to 1945

She lives in Warsaw.

6 May 1947

She arrives in France.

 

Izabella stays in the French department of Seine Maritime until the 1st of August 1949.

She lives with her son.

She has the status of a Polish refugee and has a card from the refugees office N° 10932-8900-3138-7881-534. This card was renewed on the 3rd of December 1962.

On the 1st of August 1953 she lives near Paris.

She has a residence permit,

Polish refugee  N° HA 94279-50-76-22.

1962 and 1963

She fills in an application to get a place in a retirement home.

 

Stays in a retirement home, Polish Foundation in Lailly en Val.

2 May 1969

Dies in Lailly en Val (Loiret).

 

Buried on the French territory in Lailly with her son who will be buried in the same cemetery.

 

 

She has for sure one sister who has been identified: Helen KALITOWICZ
